HOMEWORKS’ rESOURCES

FOR TEACHERS

SUPPORTING OUR TEACHERS

At HomeWorks, we know that our local teachers are an essential piece of the backbone of our communities. That’s why we strive to support them in providing innovative learning opportunities for students in their classrooms through our annual Classroom S.T.E.A.M. Grant Program and other educational offerings.

Classroom S.T.E.A.M. Grants

Helping Teachers Provide Innovative Learning Opportunities For Their Students

Through Touchstone Energy, HomeWorks Tri-County Electric Cooperative offers several classroom grants of up to $2,000 apiece to schools in our service area. The Classroom S.T.E.A.M. Grants are offered to help teachers provide Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math-related education in their classrooms. In 2024 alone, we awarded over $25,000 in classroom grants throughout our service area.

Who Can Apply?

Our classroom grants are open to any educator at a public or private school within our service territory looking for assistance in funding a S.T.E.A.M. project in their school or classroom.
