HomeWorks Connect’s “8th Birthday Giveaway” Video Contest Official Rules

1. Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter. Must be a legal resident of Michigan, 18 years or older, and a current active subscriber of HomeWorks Connect in good standing at the time of entry and prize awarding.

2. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted starting on 2/27/2026 and ending on 5/8/2026, winner to be announced 5/9/2026.

3. How to Enter: Submit one (1) video testimonial via Facebook Comment or Facebook Post. Video must be the original work of the entrant. Limit one entry per household. After submitting your video, you can be eligible for additional entries by liking, commenting, and sharing the contest Facebook post.

4. Content Guidelines: By entering, you represent that your video does not infringe on third-party rights (no copyrighted music or background logos of other companies). Videos must be respectful and appropriate for all audiences.

5. Intellectual Property Rights: By submitting an entry, the entrant grants HomeWorks Connect an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and display the video for marketing and promotional purposes across all media platforms without further compensation.

6. Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen based on Random Draw. The decision of the judges is final.

7. Prize: The prize consists of a credit applied to the winner’s account equal to 12 months of their current monthly service rate. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

8. Release of Liability: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Facebook and HomeWorks Connect from any and all liability associated with this contest.

9. FTC Disclosure: Entrants must disclose their participation in this contest within the video or accompanying caption (e.g., “This is my entry for the HomeWorks contest”) or by using #HomeWorksConnect8YearsGiveaway.
