According to the Department of Energy, as much as half the energy used in your home is for heating and cooling. HomeWorks’ Energy Optimization program offers great rebates to help you upgrade your heating and cooling system and save on your utility bills.
Receive a $20 Energy Optimization rebate when you have a programable thermostat installed by a licensed contractor.

To participate in the program: (1) you must be a HomeWorks Tri-County Electric Cooperative member, (2) the equipment or energy-saving measure you install must meet the efficiency requirements set forth by the program guidelines, (3) all measures must have been installed by a State of Michigan licensed contractor, who must be identified on the incentive claim form, (4) the incentive claim form must be completed in its entirety and submitted with all required documentation, and (5) your application must be for equipment purchased on or after Nov. 20, 2009.
