WildBlue Protection Plan

You’ve invested in satellite broadband with WildBlue – now, you can protect that investment beyond the 90 day manufacturer’s warranty. Save money with our new product protection plan.

For just $6.00 per month, you get coverage for:

  • The equipment, should it fail to operate
  • Our service call charge
  • Any replacement parts

All work would be performed by a HomeWorks' certified WildBlue technicians.

Here’s how the program works: If you should have a problem with your WildBlue system, simply call our technical support staff. We come to your site and repair the problem. You pay our invoice for the service work, including replacement parts and the service call charge, then submit your paid invoice to the protection plan’s underwriter.

You’ll then be reimbursed, generally within 30 days, for the entire invoice less a $20 co-payment.

What if something happens to your system and you’re NOT enrolled on the protection plan? You could be looking at substantial repair costs plus a $55 service call charge. Here’s a list of major system components, with their replacement costs (tax not included):

WildBlue Outdoor Dish Unit: $72.00
WildBlue Tria (Arm Unit): $217.00
Modem: $181.00
Surge Protection: $29.00

Why take the risk? Protect your family’s budget AND your WildBlue investment by enrolling today. There is a 90-day waiting period, then full coverage begins and you can enjoy peace of mind for just $6.00 a month.

If you’re interested in enrolling, or have questions about the protection plan, please call us today at 1-800-668-8413.
