What to expect after July 15
- Please contact DIRECTV at 1-800-531-5000 for all of your future programming and service needs.
- Rural TV of Michigan will no longer be able to accept payments.
- Monthly billing statements will come from DIRECTV and payment should be sent directly to them. Customers who use electronic checks or a debit card will need to provide their bank with the new address.
- Your programming will not be affected during the transition, as your services will be switched to DIRECTV automatically.
